Charlie Cocksedge is a guitarist/multi-instrumentalist in MONEY, a band from Manchester who are signed to Bella Union, and whose debut album, ‘The Shadow of Heaven’, was released in August 2013.

Aside from the band, Charlie also makes music on his own, drawing influence and inspiration from composers such as Phillip Glass, Brian Eno and Steve Reich, to create ambient soundscapes and minimalist pieces. He has written music for documentaries, adverts and modern dance films, and is also a published poet, whose work has appeared in PN Review, Bewilderbliss and Best of Manchester Poets Vol. 3, amongst others.
